The Prince Albert Garden Guest House is ideal if you are looking for four star accommodation in the delightful Central Karoo town of Prince Albert. Guests are welcomed into a tranquil garden courtyard oasis, and can look forward to a hearty breakfast served in the original old farmhouse.

Situated just off the main road is our tranquil garden courtyard oasis.  Built around an historic farmhouse and graced by an age old pepper tree, this is the ideal place to relax while in Prince Albert.

Facilities include a pool, and a sun/moon deck. A hearty South African breakfast is served in the farmhouse between 07h30 and 09h00. All rooms offer warm and cool air-conditioning, fans for summer and pot-bellied wood-burners for winter. Our linen is all white cotton percale, with feather duvets for winter.

The Prince Albert Garden Guest House is only a short stroll from the town centre, and an ideal home base to explore the Swartberg, the Karoo and Route 62, by car, bike, or you eco-friendly adventure sport.

We are happy to provide information on local shops and eateries and recommend Miller's Restaurant, situated opposite Albert's Mill at the southern approach to town, for your evening meal.

All rooms ensuite and air-conditioned. Our Double and Twin rooms both have en-suite showers and their own private parking and entry gate. A small fridge and tea and coffee facilities are included in the rooms.

The Large Suite has two three-quarter beds, an en-suite bath and separate shower.  It has its own private stoep and garden area.  This suite is open plan with a lounge area and simple kitchenette.  An additional bed can be arranged, please enquire.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation.
• Reservations may only be kept for 24 hours without a secured deposit and will be cancelled automatically if not confirmed by receipt of the required deposit.
• Full payment must be made if booked less than a week before the start of the reservation.
• Confirmation of the reservation will be issued upon receipt of the deposit.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Within 7 days of arrival will not be entitled to a deposit refund.
• Between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 50% of the deposit refundable.
• More than 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 75% of the deposit refundable

From the South, drive through town, we are on the right, you will see our sign at Sonskyn Street. From the North, after OK Grocer and the Hardware, we are first left. Follow our signs to the front of the Guest House.
