Karoo View Cottages are perfectly elevated on a “koppie”, filled with indigenous flora creating a natural botanical environment, overlooking the village of Prince Albert and the entrance to the majestic SwartbergPass. Experience magnificent 360 degree views of the majestic Swartberg to the south and the Karoo plains to the north.
Wake up to the sun rising through the Swartberg and to the sound of birds. Relax whilst enjoying a sundowner as the sun sets over the Karoo plains and get lost in the peace and tranquility of the spectacular night sky with clear views of the megallanic clouds. All suites are charged at the same rate with NO SEASONAL ADJUSTMENTS; E.g. Olive Festival, Christmas, school or public holidays Check in is from 14h00 and Departure at 10h00, unless prior arrangements have been made.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation.
Reservations may only be kept for 24 hours without a secured deposit and will be cancelled automatically if not confirmed by receipt of the required deposit.
Full payment must be made if booked less than a week before the start of the reservation.
Confirmation of the reservation will be issued upon receipt of the deposit.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Within 7 days of arrival will not be entitled to a deposit refund.
Between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 50% of the deposit refundable.
More than 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 75% of the deposit refundable
Ferox, Kanon, Striata or Krans which can accommodate up to a total of ten people. * Two suites are wheel chair friendly and each suite has been tastefully decorated with the following for your comfort: * Two suites have two extra length single beds * One suite has a king size bed * One suite has two extra length single beds and a standard double bed sleeper couch. * Each suite within the Cottage may be accessed through double interleading doors, which allows for a family and or children to share a Cottage with separate bedrooms... Or alternatively... Each suite may house a different set of guests in complete privacy with full self-catering facilities.
