We serve a full English or Continental breakfast from early morning until late. Breakfast is included in your rate. Cancellation
Reservations will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 24 hours of accepting the quote. Cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to occupation will be liable for 25%. Cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to occupation will be liable for 50%. Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to occupation or a "No Show" will forfeit the deposit.
