DEPOSIT CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of the online booking to secure the reservation. Please ensure that proof of payment as well as a copy of the Credit Card (last 3 digits to be included) and ID document is faxed to +27 21 948 0181. If payment is not received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and no further arrangements have been made, the booking will deemed null & void and as such will be cancelled. Please contact us directly for banking details or to arrange payment.

30+ days prior to arrival, full deposit refund minus 5% handling fee

29-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% deposit

20-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% deposit

13-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% deposit

7; days prior to arrival, forfeit full deposit
