Our cozy 4 sleeper apartment on the 12th floor has all the self catering comforts to ensure a pleasant stay for families, corporate stopovers, honeymooners and adventure seekers.

No 1204 Blouberg Heights is only 80 meters from very safe white sandy beaches. You can watch your children playing on the beach and in the rock pools while sitting in the apartment. It has to be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and whales frolicking in the ocean (in season May to November).

The complex is only 5 minutes drive from 2 large shopping malls with many beachfront restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the main freeways making easy access to the Wine routes, the Cape West Coast and other scenic and historic attractions. Atlantic Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Club are only 8 and 10 km away.

Relax by stepping out from the apartment complex and walking for miles along the promenade or the unspoilt beach between Blouberg and Melkbosstrand with the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
