20 minutes away from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and along the famous Bloubergstrand beaches that overlook Table Mountain, you will find our fresh water wetland and bird sanctuary, less than 1km from the sea, where flamingoes, pelicans, herons, fish eagles, birds of prey and many other bird species frequent. Our backyard is the entire reserve and offers unspoilt views of Table Mountain.

Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.

The owners and management of Casa-Mia Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled.

Travellers are advised to arrange appropiate insurance to cover them in case of cancellations due to unforeseen sickness or accidents.

Cancellations:

• 0 to 7 days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 100% of the accommodation total.
• 7 to 14 days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 50% of the accommodation total.
• 15+ days before the date of arrival you will be liable for 25% of the accommodation total.
• Advanced payments will be fully refunded on re-booked units - subject to a minimum of R150.00 cancellation fee as well as any other fees claimed by travel portals or agents in accordance with their published terms & conditions

Final payments due a minimum of 30 days before date of arrival. All deposits and payments received will be non-refundable.

In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available. Please advise us if you require early check-in or late check out.

Other terms:

The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.

Driving directions

Directions from Cape Town City via N1 & R27

From city center leave via the N1. 3km from the start of the N1 (exit of V&A Waterfront), take the R27 Westcoast Rd to the left. Remain on the R27 for 13km. At the traffic light intersection of M14 & R27 turn RIGHT (Pick n Pay Shopping center on your right & McDonalds on you left). Immediately next traffic light turn RIGHT again into Pentz Dr. Drive along Pentz Dr for 2,5km until you get to our address No 162 Pentz Drive. 2 houses further turn right into Grebe Crescent. We are No 11 Grebe Crescent, Flamingo Vlei.

Exit airport and join the N2 toward Cape Town City Center.

Turn off LEFT at EXIT 14 onto the M7 (Vanguard Drive). Turn RIGHT at the 2nd traffic light towards Goodwood and Malmesbury (N7). Be sure to stay on the N7 for ± 12km cross over the N1. Take the 2nd turn-off LEFT after N1 onto M14 Plattekloof Rd. Turn RIGHT at 2nd traffic light into KOEBERG Rd then LEFT at 2nd traffic light into Blaawberg Road M14. Along M14 Blaawberg main road turn LEFT at the 3rd traffic light into Study Road. At the 2nd 4-way STOP sign turn LEFT into Pentz Drive (not marked). Turn RIGHT into the 1st road – we are No 11 Grebe Crescent, Flamingo Vlei.
