Cape Town Tourism is 5 minutes away and many day trips leave there. Walk to Cape Town´s business district (2 min), the International Convention Centre (10 min), provincial government offices (2 min) and all major banks (2 min).
Have coffee at a trendy coffee shop on Greenmarket Square, a cobblestone curiosity of arts and crafts stalls (2 mins), take a stroll past the Cathedral to the historic Company Gardens and Museums (2 mins) or into Long Street with its lively restaurants and bars (5 min) - the place to be!.
The shuttle to the Waterfront and the Robben Island Ferry is close by, as is Cape Town City Hall - where Nelson Mandela made his first speech after 27 years in prison.

Booking confirmation & payment:
50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of payment is due on check-in.
Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00.
In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available.
Cancellations:
Less than 14 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 14 to 28 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
28 days plus, a cancellation fee of 10% is charged.
Aba's Place is a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed which will revive even the weariest traveler! The facilities at Aba´s Place are modern and comprehensive. The open plan kitchen and lounge / dining room area offers a colourful space with lots of light. Beautiful wooden floors throughout the apartment create a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and is fully equipped for self catering. The bathroom is beautifully finished with tiles and has a shower and separate bath.
Aba's Place is fully equipped as a self catering apartment. If you book Aba's Place as a self catering apartment and feel like cooking, there is a Spar supermarket round the corner and a Woolworths 2 min walk away to buy groceries. Woolworths (an up-market supermarket) also offers great ready made food (including Vegetarian) that you just warm up in the microwave. If you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants within a few minutes walking distance from Aba's Place that will meet any culinary need you might have.
Driving directions
When driving on the N1 motorway towards Cape Town City Centre take the direction V&A Waterfront. At the first set of traffic lights, at the end of the highway, the road becomes Buitengracht Street with the Cape Town International Convention Centre on your LEFT. Continue straight on into Buitengracht Street towards Table Mountain.
At the intersection of Strand & Buitengracht Street, turn LEFT into Strand Street. Follow Strand Street turning RIGHT onto Adderley Street. Pass through the pedestrian crossing and turn LEFT into Darling Street. When on Darling Street, pass through the first set of traffic lights. Mutual Heights is on your RIGHT hand side immediately after the traffic lights - on the corner of Darling Street and Parliament Street.
To get to the indoor parking, carry on Adderley Street past Darling Street. At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Bureau Street. Once in Bureau Street, take the first left into Parliament Street. Cross a set of traffic lights after about 100m and then turn right into the car park of the Mutual Heights building

Pass through the pedestrian crossing and turn left into Darling Street. When on Darling Street, pass through the first set of traffic lights. The Mutual Heights building is on your right hand side immediately after the traffic lights - on the corner of Darling Street and Parliament Street.
