BOOKING CONDITIONS
Rates are quoted in South African Rands and are calculated on the basis of the amount of guest occupying an apartment and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out from 11h00.
Rates are exclusive of breakfast. Apartments are fully equipped and self catering
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due on arrival
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. (Refer to FlatRock Suites Cancellation Policy)

Personal cheques are accepted provided prior arrangements have been made with management
FlatRock Suites reserves the right to amend the rates and rate periods at any time
Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing
Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by the Hotel, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation.
Up to 14 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee applicable
13-7 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee will be charged of the total stay
6-0 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee will be charge of the total stay
In the event of a no-show - 100% cancellation fee will be charge of the total stay

Driving directions
From Cape Town International Airport follow the N2 motorway towards Cape Town City Centre. Continue along the N2 for at least 15 - 20 minutes, direction V&A Waterfront. At the first set of traffic lights, at the end of the highway, the road becomes Buitengracht Street with the Cape Town International Convention Centre on your LEFT. Continue straight on into Buitengracht Street towards Table Mountain. Turn LEFT at the 5th set of traffic lights, into Wale Street. Turn RIGHT at the 3rd set of traffic lights, into Long Street. Turn RIGHT at the 3rd street into Buiten Street. (Visual beacons are the little Lola´s Corner Café and Maharajah Indian Restaurant.) Slow down!
