The apartment block has 24h front desk security, surveillance cameras, swimming pool, laundry facilities and private gardens.  It is opposite the beautiful Company Gardens where you can enjoy walks in the park.  It is situated only 270m from the five star African Pride Hotel and Restaurant, 15 On Orange and less than 500m to the trendy shops and restaurants of Cape Town’s famous Kloof Street.

 

It is also 6km from the stunning beaches of Camps Bay.  It is only a short ride of 3.8km to Cape Town Stadium (for all the 2010 soccer matches) and 19km to Cape Town International Airport.  Shopping is at your doorstep with the Gardens Shopping Centre (Mall) 1.5km away and the V&A Waterfront (3.8km).

 

Both apartments are rented out for two people per unit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (with discount for stays longer that 7 days).  Rental amount include water, limited electricity, property taxes, linen, towels and exit cleaning service.

No animals allowed, but children are welcome.

Rates are per unit and not per person, subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice.

The owners and management of Villa Vie Rentals cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guests occupying the apartment.

 

Deposit

  • Booking deposit of 50% (non-refundable) will be required as a deposit to confirm the booking. Balance to be paid before or on check in.
  • Security deposit of 20% of the entire stay will be charged on check in and refunded on departure.  This deposit can be used in full or partially to repair or replace damaged or stolen goods.

 

Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be in writing
  • Cancellation done less than 10 days prior to check in will forfeit the whole deposit.
  • Cancellation done 10-30 days before check in will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellation done more than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit 10% of the deposit.
