Studios from R1000/day and 2 Bedroom Family Units from R1500/day.
Rates vary according to season and length of stay. Please enquire about our long stay discounts.
We also offer 6 monthly leases from R8500pm.
Various housekeeping options available.
A credit card must be presented on arrival to reserve a breakages deposit.
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
On receipt of a written instruction from you to cancel the reservation, The Residences will refund whatever amount is due within 3 working days.
Refund payments are subject to a 7% handling fee on the refunded amount.
If a SWIFT transfer is necessary this will carry an additional R180.00 charge.

Driving directions
Directions from the Airport:
Take the N2 Highway towards Cape Town
Take left ramp to onto M5 Highway towards Milnerton
Stay in the right hand lane and get onto the N1 in the direction of Paarl
Drive for 5km on the N1 and take your first off ramp to Sable Road
Turn left into Sable Road and take the 90 degree bend
At the traffic light turn right into Century City and Ratanga Junction
Go straight over roundabout and turn left into Rialto Road and hotel will
be on your right hand side
Park in the basement parking and take the lift to The Residences self catering apartments on the ground floor, not the hotel reception.
