Anura House is 20km from the Cape Town 2010 FIFA World Cup Stadium. This upmarket, luxurious home is situated in a tranquil setting in the heart of the Constantia Winelands, 20 minutes from the City Centre.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, well manicured garden with its own swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms (4 of which are en-suite) all have their own access to the garden, and the 2 large lounges open onto patios which are an entertainers' delight! The fully equipped kitchen/dining room comfortably seats 16 people.
The house is fully serviced offering complete security, daily cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, barbeque facilities, and high speed internet (ADSL) access (costs included), as well as laundry, babysitting, tourism advice (costs excluded).
Main Bedroom This very spacious en-suite bedroom decorated in rich shades of red contains a King-sized bed, two bedside tables, a side board with tea and coffee making facilities, a dressing table, a couch and a TV. Under-floor heating is also provided. Large double doors open out on two sides onto a large covered patio adjacent to the pool. A separate dressing room equipped with multiple his-and-her cupboards is provided. A large, bright and airy bathroom equipped with under-floor heating, a toilet, shower, large bath, heated towel rail, shaver and hairdryer points, his-and-her basins and dark, solid wood cabinets. The bathroom looks out onto a private indigenous garden.
Bedroom 2: This en-suite bedroom decorated in whites and rich autumn shades contains a double bed, with two bedside tables. Ample cupboard space is provided. It has its own private lounge area, consisting of a stylish couch and armchair. The room leads out through double doors to its own compact gardened patio area with a water feature. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, heated towel rails, shaver and hair dryer points, a basin and a solid wood cabinet.
Bedroom 3: This en-suite bedroom decorated in soft shades of blue and fawn contains a double bed, with two bedside tables. Ample cupboard space is provided. It also has its own private lounge area, consisting of a sumptuous couch and armchair. It too, leads outside via large double doors onto its own large patio and private garden. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, basin heated towel rails, shaver and hairdryer points, and a solid wood cabinet.
Bedroom 4: This en-suite bedroom decorated in ivory and plum contains a double bed, with two bedside tables. Again, ample cupboard space is provided. There is a couch as well as a reading nook consisting of a table and two chairs. As with all the other bedrooms, large double doors lead outside onto its private patio and garden. To find your way to Anura House from Cape Town International Airport / Via the N2:
Take the N2 to Cape Town, and then the M3 To Muizenberg.Follow the signs to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens/ Muizenberg.Continue on the M3 for about 10 km. Take the Ladies Mile off-ramp.Turn Left at the T-Junction, to Constantia.Cross over Spaanschematriver Road and continue along Ladies Mile Extension until you reach Constantia Main Road.Continue straight over this intersection in to Parish Road.Turn first Left into Pinehurst Avenue, First Left into Sebastian Road, and first left again into Duckitt Avenue.
