Cancellations Policy
More Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: In the event of the booking being cancelled, your deposit will be refunded at prevailing exchange rates, where applicable, less an amount equal to 15% of the Total Rental.
Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: You will forfeit an amount equivalent to 30% of the total rental. Any balance will be returned within 7 days at the current exchange rates, where applicable.
Cancellations on Arrival or Whilst in Residence: You will forfeit 100% of the total rental you have paid. In the event that the client is able to rent out the apartment to another client, then the owner of the apartment undertakes to refund any such amount, direct to you, less a 10 % administration charge.

Driving directions
Follow road signs to Muizenberg and continue south on the Main Road. At the traffic circle at the end of the Main Road in Fish Hoek, turn left towards Simons town. At the first traffic light (2k beyond the circle) turn right into Hillside Road and go back the way you have just come, but at a higher level. Blue Yonder (Number 14) is on the sea-side of the road and is clearly marked.
