A friendly and homely atmosphere awaits you at Sundown Manor where we have 9 large and spacious rooms, all en suite with upmarket finishes. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with TV's (Mnet, SABC and Super Sport), fans, tea and coffee facilities and safes. Both double (king-size) and single beds are available and triple rooms can be arranged upon request.
Relax in the lounge or on the open patio, an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sundowners alike overlooking the large and inviting swimming pool. Fresnaye is well protected and largely wind free, a tranquil and inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days! Two luxury rooms open out onto the pool area and have their own private access.
Your host, Gary, the owner of Sundown Manor, along with the staff, bring about a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are on hand to advise and assist in all aspects.

Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.

Deposit Payment guarantee required at time of booking (50% of the total) either by electronic bank transfer or credit card. Balance strictly payable on arrival at check-in
Cancellation policy:
Bookings which are cancelled or if the guest is a "no-show" the following terms apply 0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit 7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit, 14-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit. Bookings cancelled after 30 days are subject to a R250 service fee charge

Room 1 - Large windows make this room very light and airy. It has a comfortable king-size double-bed, (or two single beds on request), an Ensuite bathroom with a shower and, as with all rooms in the guesthouse, it comes with a TV with select satellite channels, a small safe, heating, a fan and tea and coffee facilities.
Room 2 - This light and airy Honeymoon Suite is fitted with a decadent King-size double bed and the large Ensuite bathroom comes with a luxurious double ended bath and a spacious shower
Room 3 - This luxury room has a double ended bath and a spacious shower. The room has a King-size double bed (or twin single beds on request) a walk in cupboard and features which include a TV with select TV channels, a graceful dark wood ceiling fan, heating in winter, and tea and coffee facilities.
Room 4 - All Luxury Rooms are en suite with large spacious showers. Rooms are fitted with King-size beds or twin beds (on request) all rooms contain a TV with select DSTV channels, tea and coffee, a heater, fan and safe.
Room 5 - This luxury room doubles as a honeymoon suite due to its spacious size its large en suite bathroom complete with a double ended bath and a spacious shower. The room opens directly onto the quiet swimming pool and has its own entrance. It is fitted with a King-size double-bed or twin beds (on request), a TV with select DSTV channels, a fan, heater, small safe and tea and coffee facilities.

Room 8 - The only thing that separates the Standard and Luxury rooms are the levels at which they are situated. All rooms have the same luxury finishes and decadent King-size beds as well as access to the same fantastic facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers.

Approaching the City on the N2Highway (from the Airport or Garden Route) or the N1Highway (From Paarl or the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town), follow the signs to the ‘City Centre'.
The two highways merge to form Buitengracht Street which you follow until turning right at Strand Street (at the third set of traffic lights).
This street becomes High Level Road, which you follow until you reach Avenue Normandie where you will turn right (Look for the Green sign to Camps Bay, on High level Road).
Sundown Manor is clearly marked with a silver sign and is on the corner of Avenue Normandie and Norman Grove.
