Antrim Villa Guesthouse is an old English Victorian house built in the late 1800’s which has now been fully refurbished, inspired by a tropical-African style in an earthy color palate. Situated in Three Anchor Bay, Green Point, at the foot of Signal Hill in Cape Town, this light and charming guest house looks forward to welcoming you!

HISTORY

Antrim Villa opened in December 2008 and the interior is a mixture of African artwork and Scandinavian simplicity design. Details like the ceilings and the floors are saved from the original house built in 1890. This old English Victorian house has now been fully refurbished, inspired by a tropical-African style in an earthy color palate, accentuated with natural fabrics such as sisal, linen and bamboo.

ACCOMMODATION

Antrim Villa has seven double rooms and two single rooms. All our beds are extra big, wide and comfortable and on request can be semi-detached. We use 100% cotton sheets for all our beds. Every room contains radiators, fans, gowns, adapter and a safe. We offer free internet access and wireless network for laptops, a library and safe off-street parking. We have a stunning new large saltwater pool surrounded by tropical features and plants. Guests love to just simply lie at the pool for the whole day and relax.

The house has all technical facilities and is situated in Three Anchor Bay / Green Point which is a ten minute walk from the new Cape Town Stadium. The area around the house is quiet and residential with a few fellow guesthouses within close proximity

BREAKFAST

The large Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served from 08h00 to 10h00 on our terrace or in our lounge. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and sherry are complimentary and can be enjoyed by the guests at all times. Fresh fruit bowls are presented in the rooms upon arrival and our staff take pride in ensuring that our guests are comfortable and well looked after.

LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS

The beach promenade is five minutes away, and the shops are within walking distance. Airport transfers, taxi, car rental, safari, tours and dinner reservations can be arranged for the guests by us. We know the best options and prices and we have a great knowledge of what is happening in Cape Town and what you, as our guest might like to see and do.

• All prices are in ZAR and are quoted per room per night. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• Rates include luxury accommodation, a generous, healthy continental breakfast and all teas and coffees during your stay, internet access at our in-house computer station.
• Rates exclude telephone calls, printing, drinks and snacks from our honesty bar, laundry service, internet access on your personal computer and transfers to and from the airport.
• Minimum stay of 4 nights during High Season.

Take the N2 to Cape Town. The N2 will split (appr. 12.5 km after the airport). Hold to your right to the City Centre. After approximately 1.2 km the motorway will split again. Stay on the lower part (3 right lanes). Eastern Blvd / Cape Town North / CTICC Waterfront. Take the Strand exit (16.6 km after the airport).Go up Strand Street (which turns into High Level Road). Turn right into Hill Road. Then turn left into Antrim Road. We are on the right hand side (No. 12)
