The rooms are equipped with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, fans/air conditioners and heaters, international adaptors, DSTV, internet connections and all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay - home from home! The self catering unit sleeps up to 4 people and has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a double sleeper coach in the lounge. It is a fully equipped apartment (microwave; dishwasher; washing machine/ tumble drier etc) with beautiful sea views. A daily cleaning service is included.

Sea Point boasts sports clubs, golf, squash, bowls etc. or for the more adventurous, mountaineering, sailing, scuba diving, even bungee jumping and can be included when booking or arranged on arrival. Tours with registered guides can also be arranged or included in your package.

Deposit Conditions:
50% Deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. Proof of payment is required and should be faxed to +27 (0)21 439-9010. Balance of total reservation amount is to be settled on or prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings which are cancelled or if the guest is a "no-show" the following terms apply 0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit 7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit, 14-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit. Bookings cancelled after 30 days are subject to a R250 service fee charge

From the airport, take the N2 towards town. As you enter town, keep going straight up towards the mountain until you get to Strand Street. Turn right into Strand which becomes Highlevel Rd. Travel along Highlevel Road in the direction of Bantry Bay/Clifton until you get to Glengarrif Rd.
Keep going across Glengariff Road. Six roads after Glengariff turn right into Firmount Rd (It is a one way heading down towards the Sea Point Main Road). At the first stop street, turn left into Bickley Road. Go right into Rosedene Road. Go right into Highworth Road. Cape Almasi is not sign posted, but is the 2nd Victorian semi-detached on the right hand side as you turn into Highworth Road.
