Bickley House has 5 bedrooms. A palette of neutrals and naturals, offset by bright silks and handmade textiles, greets guests in their comfortable inner sanctum. Each bedroom has its own private courtyard and en-suite luxury bathroom to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Every room contains radiators and underfloor heating, gowns, pool towels and a safe.
Each luxury en-suite bathroom is a light and bright welcoming space. Smooth mosaic tiles, an oversized walk-in shower and thrown screed floors add to the sensory experience. Our beds are extra length and of superior comfort and can be semi-detached upon request. All bedding is 100% cotton.
We have three room types; Luxury, Superior and Private Cottage. Each room contains a heater, fan, hairdryer, European plug, gown, a safe, iPod docking station and heated towel rail. Our Superior rooms have some special features such as under floor heating and small courtyards with seating.
We offer free internet access at our business station and wireless network for laptops at a cost, DVD player, library and safe off-street parking. As an added facility for our guests we will be adding iPod docking stations to all our rooms.
We have a large saltwater swimming pool that is unique for its size and design. Children of all ages are welcome.
The large Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served from 07h30 to 09h30 on our terrace or in our lounge. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh fruit are complimentary and can be enjoyed by the guests at all times.
The Beach Promenade is 5 minutes away, and the shops are within walking distance. Airport transfers, taxi, car rental, safari, tours and dinner reservations can be arranged for the guests by us. We know the best options and prices. We have a great knowledge of what is happening in Cape Town and what you as our guest might like to see and do.
Rooms are ready for occupation between 14h00-18h00. Check-out time is 10h00. Should a room be required during the day of departure, please ensure to book an extra night as we are unable to offer a late check-out.
For your safety and security Bickley house offers in-house transfers to and from the airport at an extra cost. We have our own driver and insured vehicle dedicated especially for this. If you would like to arrange this please forward your flight details and we will arrange everything accordingly.

All prices are in ZAR and are quoted per room per night. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Additional persons in the rooms starting from the age of 3 years are R300 extra per night, including breakfast. Babies up to the age of 3 years will be an added R50 per night.
Only children up to the age of 12 years are allowed to share the parent’s room.
Max 1 extra mattress per room.
Should you like to book the entire house (5 double rooms/ 10 people + 2 extra beds) the rate is R7500 per night incl breakfast, all year round.
Booking conditions A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have received your reservation. 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Bickley House will be obliged to release the booking if the deposit is not received.
Charges for extra services and consumables to be settled prior to departure by the guest.
Credit cards (except Amex or Diners) are accepted. Internet banking is possible.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 30 days or more prior to date of arrival, we will refund the deposit less a handling fee of R300.
Cancellation made between 29 - 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full rate is payable.
Later than 10 days, advanced departure or no-show, 100% of the full rate is payable. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
