13 Beachy Head Drive is a 4 star three-storeyed Mediterranean villa located in Plettenberg Bay's most sought after road. It has breathtaking 360° vistas of the whole bay and surrounding Outeniqua mountains. Accommodation comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms sleeping 11 to 13 people.

The house is spacious with beautifully appointed, fully equipped interiors and an indoor jacuzzi. It sleeps 11 to 13 people. Flowing entertainment areas are located on two floors and the large upstairs patio is perfect for afternoon sunbathing and siestas. 13 Beachy Head Drive is a self-catering establishment with a beautiful kitchen and a large separate laundry/utility room. Dining is indoors or outdoors and a gas barbeque/braai is provided.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Robberg Beach and within walking distance to shops. It is a short car trip to the centre of town. The house is fully protected and monitored by a security company 24 hours a day. All linen and towels are provided. Satellite TV is available.

There is outside parking for three vehicles. A complimentary cleaning service is offered to guests who stay for longer than a week. Should guests wish to have the services of a maid more often, this can be arranged.

13 Beachy Head Drive is a non-smoking establishment. A non-smoking agreement, as well as an indemnity are required to be signed. Children are welcome. A cot and bedding is available for children under 2 years of age.

Our rates are quoted per day for the house and are for a maximum of 11 to 13 persons

Terms and Conditions:

A 30% non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking. All credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express). Credit Card payments should be made through the secure Internet portal www.paytostay.co.za

A refundable "breakages/loss" deposit is required (between R2500 and R5000 depending on the length of stay). This deposit is kept in trust and reimbursed approximately one week after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count.

Features

0 - The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. All bedrooms are fully furnished and have superb views. Entertainment/living areas include an open-plan sitting room/dining room on the first floor, with a second sitting room, large patio and guest WC on the second floor. A top patio with glorious views is ideal for al fresco meals and entertaining.
1 - Ground Floor - Ground Floor - Entrance Hall with staircase to first floor. Double Bedroom with double bed and an extra three-quarter bed if required.This bedroom opens onto the garden. There is a full bathroom opposite this bedroom. Corner Double Bedroom with queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto the garden. Large Laundry/Utility Room with outside entrance. Speed Queen top loader washing machine and Speed Queen drier. Extra fridge/freezer. Cooking facility for staff.
2 - First Floor - Double Bedroom with two double beds (to sleep 2 or 4 persons). This bedroom opens onto an open patio/walkway area. There is a full bathroom opposite this bedroom. Corner Double Bedroom with queen-sized double bed and full en suite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto an open patio area. Open-plan Sitting Room/Dining Room with beautiful stone fireplace, Jetmaster gas fire and flat screen TV. The sitting room opens onto the top lawn garden with outdoor loungers, side tables and a magnificent sea view. The dining room opens onto a leeward back porch with Weber gas barbeque/braai. A fully fitted and appointed Kitchen opens from the dining room. It has a separate scullery with two fridge/freezers.
3 - Second Floor - Master Bedroom with king-sized, extra length bed, en suite bathroom (shower only) with extra built-in cupboards. There is a large TV and the bedroom opens onto a private balcony with stunning 180° views. There is an indoor jacuzzi room and a shower off the main bedroom. The second Sitting Room opens on one side onto a sea facing balcony and on the other side onto a very large leeward open patio. The sitting room has a marble fireplace with Jetmaster gas fire. It is a fabulous entertainment area. There are also outdoor couches, chairs, a coffee table and a drinks trolley, and dual access to the jacuzzi and guest WC
4 - Top Patio - This patio is perfect for drinks and entertainment and has, without doubt, the best view in Plett!

From the N2, turn towards the sea on Marine Drive. Go straight over the circle with the dolphin statue. Carry on down the hill where the road changes to Strand. Cross the bridge/river, go straight over the circle and pass the Beacon Isle Kwikspar on the left. Take the next road right into Longstone Drive. Turn right at the T-junction in Beachy Head Drive. Number 13 is on the right.

From the Airfield, head towards Plettenberg Bay. At the 3-way stop, turn right into Robberg Road. At the T-Junction stop street, turn left into Longships Drive. Then turn right into Roche Bonne Avenue. At the next T-Junction stop street, turn left into Beachy Head Drive. No. 13 is the 5th house on the left.
