What better way to wind down after a long day’s drive than sitting in your own jacuzzi, chilled beer in hand, looking across a valley full of citrus orchards & rooibos fields, watching the sun sink behind the Cederberg mountains?
Citrusdal is in the Cederberg range and situated in the Olifants River Valley which has soft fruit & Rooibos farms and a multitude of activities. Accommodation ON the Reserve includes 3 completely private self-catering cottages which have 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each room & a sleeper couch in the living room. The cottages also have an indoor fire place with fully equipped kitchen as well as TV 1,2,3 E-TV & air-conditioning, outside bush showers & small herb gardens for your cooking needs.
An outdoor braai facility Jacuzzi & hammocks is situated on the verandah overlooking the picturesque valley. The peace & serenity of the Reserve is only surpassed by the magnificent sunsets. The rustic experience of this FYNBOS reserve incl: Interesting rock formations & rock art
Accommodation OUTSIDE the Reserve includes: River Hole Wilderness cottage, our famous Luxury Bedouin tented villages & Boskloof "Since 1750 cottage".

Driving directionsFrom Cape Town:Take the N1 direction Paarl. Take the N7 turnoff (left). Continue on the N7. Take the turn-off from the N7 highway towards Citrusdal. When you enter Citrusdal, stop at the first stop street and then turn right and carry on driving for 5km. You will see the entrance to the reserve, as it is a big brick wall on left hand side.
