The Lodge offers modern country cooking to a very high standard serving lunches and dinners either in the well appointed restaurant or in a magnificent garden setting.
Darling itself is a jewel. World famous for its spring flowers, it hosts an annual flower show and houses the largest orchid nursery in the Southern Hemisphere. It is surrounded by magnificent vineyards in and around the Darling Hills producing some of the finest wines in South Africa and there are a number of cellars to visit for tastings.
Darling is also a mecca for local artists including Pieter Dirk Uys' famous 'Evita se Perron'.
There is a magnificent beach at Yserfontein nearby with stunning sunsets, birding at the nearby West CoastNational Park including sightings of the rare Hudsonian and Black-tailed Godwits, Broad-billed Sandpiper and Dunlin. There is also a FossilPark about 30 km from the Lodge for those interested in ancient environments.

The 4-star graded lodge affords you comfortable, private accommodation in double en-suite bedrooms each tastefully furnished with hand embroidered linen and goose-down duvets. Modern country cuisine is served in the restaurant or on the patio overlooking the swimming pool under the old oak tree. At this Western Cape accommodation, bathrooms have elegant Ball and Claw baths and the bathrooms are stocked with private label Lavender toiletries. Wine tastings and wine dinners as well as group cooking classes are offered at the lodge. Trinity Lodge is the perfect functions venue, ideally suited for country weddings and small executive conferences.

FROM CAPE TOWNINTERNATIONALAIRPORT Take the N2 towards Cape Town and exit onto Vanguard Drive N7 north. This takes you past Epping and the Casino and Goodwood. Stay on the N7 direction Malmesbury. This should take about ¾-1 hour.
At Malmesbury follow the signs to Darling R315. You enter Darling on the Main Road. Turn left into Fountain Street.
Continue on Fountain and turn left into Long Street.
We are at number 19 Long Street, on your left hand side.
FROM CAPE TOWN Take the N1 direction Paarl. Take the Exit West Coast Paarden Eiland Which takes you through Milnerton, Table View and becomes the R27. You will pass Melkbostrand and Koeberg PowerStation. Keep on straight north.
After about 30 min you will reach the Yzerfontein/ Darling intersection. Turn right. When you come into Darling turn left onto Fountain Street. Continue on Fountain and turn left into Long Street. We are at number 19 Long Street, on your left hand side.
