Tierbos Manor House is a Cape Heritage house, built in the early 1920s by the renowned South African naturalist S H Skaife. Situated in a private estate with its own nature reserve, Tierbos Manor House is set against a  mountain, commanding imperial views over Hout Bay Harbour and surrounds. Tierbos Manor House and Cottage currently sleep 10 persons. The house has a 4 star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and is rated as Superior by the AA Travel Guides.
