Providing the perfect base for exploring Franschhoek and the Cape Winelands, La Galinière Guest Cottages offers comfortable self-catering accommodation on a secluded boutique vineyard on the main road into Franschhoek, giving guests easy access to the town centre and surrounding Winelands.
La Galinière Guest Cottages offer a cosy atmosphere, with charming interiors and welcoming hosts. Tours, transfers and car hire can easily be arranged by the hosts.
Converted workers' accommodation, the three cottages provide comfortable and affordable high standard self-catering accommodation suitable for an overnight or longer stay. The vineyard is located just a few minutes from the centre of Franschhoek and is in easy walking distance of the town's facilities.
Families are welcome and the farm has a swimming pool that the guests may use. Breakfast baskets can be arranged upon request. Please note that the farm has 3 German Shepherd dogs.
Cabernet Sauvignon vines are grown on half the farm. Although, not made on the farm, the grapes are harvested, made into wine, bottled and returned to us. A complimentary bottle is provided with every booking. Children five years of age and under are free of charge. Children six to twelve years of age are half price.

Driving directions
La Galinière Guest Cottages are located on the Main Road on the way in to Franschhoek from Paarl or Stellenbosch. If approaching from Paarl or Stellenbosch, the farm is on the right hand side of the road after passing Grande Provence Estate, Franschhoek Country House and Allora Italian Restaurant. The entrance is opposite La Petite Provence Estate and is partly concealed by tall hedgerow/trees.
