Mooi Bly offers five well-appointed, charming thatched cottages that can sleep up to six people, situated in a big garden with a swimming pool. They are fully equipped, serviced, have private verandas with barbecue facilities and a magnificent view of the Mooi Bly vineyards and Paarlvalley. All guests can enjoy the little 'Jacuzzi splash pool' and swimming pool, both filled with fresh mountain water!
Breakfast is available upon request. For those who prefer to cater for themselves, Paarland Wellington are 10 minutes away from the 32 ha estate. Our neighbors have a small restaurant on their farm just around the corner and there are also a number of nice restaurants in Paarl that offer excellent cuisine.
Mooi Bly is an ideal base from which to explore the Cape'sWinelands and enjoy its many celebrated wines and restaurants. The estate is a mere 30 minutes from Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Cape Town is only 45 minutes away.

Rates from 26/09/2009 until 01/06/2010: In between R200 and R400 per person per night !! Rates per person: depending on length of stay, availability and how many people are staying in 1 cottage.

Please note that most of my guests stay between 1 and 3 weeks during high seasons. Therefore I try to work with a 5 night’s minimum, but please do send me a request as I take less nights just before or after another booking!
CANCELLATION POLICY: The credit card will only be debited at check out or according to our cancellation policy:
* Cancellation or no show less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% of the amount due will be debited. * Cancellation between 2 weeks and 6 weeks prior to arrival date: 50 % of the total amount will be debited * Cancellation 6 weeks prior to arrival: no cancellation fee * Extra Note for stay's longer as 30 nights and during the festive season: 10/12 until 20/01 & Easter Holidays 1. Cancellation of a confirmed booking: 10% of the total amount will be debited.
2. Cancellation of a confirmed booking between 4 months and 1 month prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount will be debited!

Sauvignon - Sleeps 6 : Thatched roof cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. (one bathroom with a toilet and a basin only; the other 2 with a toilet, shower and basin) Fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, patio and braai (BBQ) facilities
Shiraz: (sleeps 6 people) Thatched cottage with 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms to share large bathroom. (1 or 2 basins, shower and toilet). Fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, patio and braai (BBQ) facilities.

From the airport:
take the N2 SOMERSET WEST then left on the R300 DURBANVILLE-BELLVILLE at the end of this road follow N1 to PAARL. Paarl has 4 exits, you have to take the last one (just before the tunnel)= exit 62 A SONSTRAAL ROAD. Turn left at stop and pass 2 stop streets. at the second stop there is a BP petrol station on your left. Continue strait on, the road goes slightly up and makes a turn to the left. After 2km from the BP, you turn right into SWAWELSTERTPAD, continue till the end (3.5 km), you will reach a T-junction. Turn right and follow road in an elbow to the left. At the fork you take the right dirt road. On this dirt road you take the first to the left and then the first to the right = follow the Mooi Bly signs. Code of the gate is 112233.
From PE, George, Mossel Bay, N2:
Take the N2 exit R44 Stellenbosch. Follow R44 to KLAPMUTS-WELLINGTON and turn right on the N1 to PAARL and follow the directions from N1 Paarl or take the exit at Swellendam, follow the R60 to Robertson & Worcester and follow directions from Worcester.
Directions from Worcester: Through the tunnel: If you come via the tunnel you take the first exit by leaving the tunnel = Exit 62 SONSTRAALPAD/ROAD. Turn to the right at the stop, drive over the N1 and pass 2 stop streets, at the second stop there is a BP petrol station If you come from the Du Toit Kloof pass: turn right at the first stop street. You will see the BP petrol station at your left hand side. BP petrol station on your left. Continue strait on, the road goes slightly up and makes a turn to the left. Take the R301/303 from Wellington to Paarl. From the T-junction with the R44 you have to drive for 1.7 km towards Paarl. Turn left into Bo Dal Pad/Road. Follow this dirt road for 2.6 km and turn left. Mooi Bly is the first estate at your left. Code of the gate is 112233.
